The clinical training of both undergraduate and postgraduate students are done in various hospitals in Mandalay which were recognized as affiliated teaching hospitals and the medical doctors and nurses from these hospitals are mainly involved in clinical teaching. The hospitals included are

Mandalay General Hospital,
Central Women Hospital Mandalay,
Central Children Hospital Mandalay,
Orthopaedic Hospital Mandalay,
Eye Ear Nose Throat Hospital Mandalay,
Mental Health Hospital Mandalay and Tuberculosis Hospital Mandalay.
Field training of Community Health Nursing is done in rural and urban health centers, and within the community of the Mandalay City Development Committee area.
